TUMF 2002 Artist Showcase
We are currently accepting applications for bands or solo performers for consideration for the 6th annual Toronto Urban Music Festival.
Performers will range in diverse musical styles from Hip Hop to R&B, Drum n' Bass to Jazz, Latin to Reggae as well as Gospel. We are also accepting applications from Djs, dance groups and spoken word artists.
To be considered as a perfomer you must complete the TUMF 2002 Showcase Application form (see below) and submit it along with a cassette or cd, a photo, a bio plus the $20 application fee.
We will listen to a minimum of three songs. All info and product sent to us must be properly labelled and submitted material becomes the property of the Toronto Urban Music Festival and cannot be returned.
Your band and/or solo information will be automatically added to the Black & Urban Music Directory.
Applications must be received by May 31, 2002.
Only bands and/or solo performers considered for a showcase performance will be notified by June 30.

How can I submit a Showcase Application?
Complete the Showcase Application form and mail it to the Toronto Urban Music Festival, 6-295 Queen St. E, Suite 403, Brampton, ON, L6W 4S6. Please include a cassette, CD or video plus a photo, a bio and the $20 application fee.

What forms of payment are acceptable?
We accept cheques or money orders. All payments should be made out to "Toronto Urban Music Festival Incorporated".

What are the performance times?
