FESTIVAL LOCATION

The Toronto Urban Music Festival will return to the Canadian National Exhibition Bandshell Park.

The Canadian National Exhibition is one of the largest annual Fairs in North America. The CNE is located on 190 acres of the Toronto waterfront at Exhibition Place, minutes from downtown Toronto. The fair is held annually for the 18 days prior to and including Labour Day (Aug. 16 - Sept. 2, 2002). The CNE attracts over 1.4 million visitors during its operation. The site is in close proximity to major highways and is serviced by two public transit systems.

The CNE is easily accessible by public transportation including the TTC, (the 511 Bathhurst or 509 Harbourfront streetcars, 29 Dufferin bus) or the Go Transit Lakeshore train.

Grounds open daily 10am to midnight during the fair. (Early closing on Labour Day). Buildings open daily 10am to 10pm. Parking available on and off-site and underground at the National Trade Centre. All buildings are wheelchair accessible.
